Cancellation of Services:

If you wish to cancel a service with ABC Design Solution, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the status of the service, cancellation fees may apply. The following guidelines apply to service cancellations:

1. Cancellation Before Commencement:

   – If you cancel a service before it has commenced or before any work has been initiated, no cancellation fees will apply. You will receive a full refund of any payments made for the service.

2. Cancellation After Commencement:

   – If you cancel a service after it has commenced but before its completion, cancellation fees may apply. The amount of the cancellation fee will depend on the progress of the service and any expenses incurred by ABC Design Solution up to that point.

3. Cancellation of Subscription Services:

   – If you wish to cancel a subscription service, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined in the subscription agreement or contract. Some subscription services may require a minimum commitment period or may have specific cancellation procedures.

Cancellation of Orders:

For orders of physical products or digital downloads, you may be able to cancel your order before it has been processed or delivered. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Once an order has been processed or delivered, cancellation may not be possible, and our standard return and refund policy will apply.
